Fresh Watermelon
      Watermelon is a delicious summer-food which make refresh you in summer. It is not only thirst-quenching but it is a full of container with various nutrients. A matured watermelon in consisted of 92% water and 8% of sugar by total weight of fresh red pulp. 
     It is rich in potassium which helps to control the blood pressure and makes the heartbeat in normal rate and prevents the risks of heart stroke.It also helps to minimize the kidney stone.
     The fresh fruit pulp is rich in several vitamins.The important vitamin A which helps to improve the health of eye present as abundant in pulp.The plentiful of vitamin c which can reduce the heart disease present in it. It can produce immunity strength. It also has the healing property of wounds, cell damage. those vitamins makes it antioxidant. Apart from these, vitamin B6 is also present there. It helps to promote brain function and produces energy with the help of protein.
     Watermelon is a rich source of lycopene which helps to keep away the risks of heart disease and several cancers like prostate, lung, colon etc. It also prevents the development of breast cancer. There are two types of amino acids i.e. citrulline, arginine present in fruit pulp which regulates blood flow in arteries and also can promote cardiovascular disease.
    Red pulp of watermelon
      Apart from all the above benefits, it has a great taste and good flavor. So it can be added as excellent snack in summer dish. You can make juice of fresh pulp more delicious. Just take a watermelon and take away all the red meat from it. In a blender put the red pulp and a one cup of water. After mixing thoroughly, add natural sweetener to taste. Then half cup of lime juice is to be added to improve its taste.
