MANGO-THE AMAZING BENEFITS

     Mango is the most delicious fruit in the world. It is the most favorite to all. But a few candidate know although it's having mouth-watering taste, it is a container with full of amazing health beneficial nutrients. 
      Mango, (Mangifera indica) belongs to the Mangifera species. It consists of tropical trees mostly found in South Asia. They are hugely cultivated in Java, Sumatra. The mango is national fruit in India.
      Generally the inside latex of raw green mango is white in colour and sour in taste. But when it is ripen the colour of latex turns to golden yellow and mouthwatering sweet in flavour.

  • Mangoes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, different carotenoids like alpha-carotene, beta-carotene which help to boost the immune system in your body. They can improve the eye-sight power because of having the vitamin A in high concentration.
  • Mangoes are popularly known to have vitamin B6 in high content. Vitamin B6 helps the development of GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric acid) which helps in neurotransmitter in central nervous system. GABA inhibits the nerve transmission through the brain and provide the calmness and relaxing effect to the body.
  • Mango fruit is a great source of dietery fibre, minerals. It is also known to have several poly-phenolic flavonoid anti-oxidants.
  • As per new study, mango pulp is believed to exhibit the preventive action against several cancer such as breast, colon and prostate cancers. It's flavonoid anti-oxidant element help to prevent the development of cancer.
  • Mango pulp is also rich in potassium which provide an important role in production of the component of cell as well body fluid. 
  • Mangoes contain enzymes which helps to improve digestion.
  • The raw mango is useful to prevent the scope of sun stroke. Those juice provide the natural cooling effect in body especially in summer.
