Honey
       Honey is a natural sweetener which is consisted of nutrients providing a lot of health benefits. It is a rich source of carbohydrates. So that's why it helps to boost energy to make strength of human body. It is found to have an excellent effectiveness on muscle fatigue in case of sportsperson. The natural glucose content in honey helps to provide immediate energy. 
      In the Egyptian history honey was given to their 'God'. They used it instantly for its wound healing property. 
       Honey is believed to have anti-bacterial property as well as anti-inflammatory property. It has excellent usage on the treatment on sore throat and cough suppression. Just try one spoon of honey to improve the infection in throat. Honey is well accepted to all who are health-conscious. One advice to you that you must replace honey in the liquid beverage like tea with sugar. 
       Another herbal juice such as Tulsi leaf juice is added to honey to improve the immune system inside of the human body. Honey is also known as antiseptic to prevent the development of growth of several bacteria.
        Honey has the good capability to cut out extra fat from body. Add 1-2 spoonful honey and 1/2 lemon juice to a glass of lukewarm water and take in the morning at empty belly and you can see the miracle happened to your body.
       Honey is proved to have a good anti-aging property. To remove wrinkle you should mix specific amount of honey with face pack and apply on skin for twice in a week.
