     If you go to the market and you buy a bagful of cucumber, sounds just like awkward but it is very much good to do. Because cucumber is full of nutrients which help to overcome multiple problems in health as well as skin.
   Cucumber is a fruit not a vegetable which is found easily worldwide. It is featured with deep-green skin, flesh with rich moisture. There are a lot of edible seeds present in the core of cucumber.

    Cucumber carries a lot of impressive health benefits. Here the list of benefits is given below.
  • It helps to keep hydrated your body. If you have not much time to take enough water then you can bite on a cucumber because of having 96% water in its flesh.
  • It is an important aid to help in weight loss. For it you must have 3-4 cucumbers with your breakfast, lunch or tiffin by including it in salad to banish all the extra cellulite.
  • Cucumber is rich in vitamin K. It is wonder to hear that it consists of 17mcg of vit. K in each 100 gm flesh. Vitamin K is helpful in making bone-strength and promote bone-mass activity. It is an important element i the treatment of the alzheimer's disease. 
  • Apart from vit. K there are another few vitamins such as vitamin A,B,C also present in cucumber which make you healthy.
  • Just take a piece of cucumber after taking your meal. It helps to improve your digestion.
  • Physicians also advice to have a cucumber daily specially who have high or low blood pressure. It helps to keep blood pressure normal.
  • It helps to maintain the uric acid level in kidney and make it fit.
  • Sterol which an important compound present in fruit helps to keep away unneccessary cholesterol from your heart.
  • Cucumber juice removes away all the waste and toxin from body and prevents the scope of kidney stone.
  • It is also important fruit to diabetes patients because of having no sugar and helps to control diabetes.(but it has not preventive property to cure diabetes). 
  • It is great composed of  impressed skin-friendly minerals such as magnesium, potassium. So you can apply it on your skin to make it vibrant.
  • It can fight heat inside as well as outside of the body. So it very useful in summer to protect your body and skin from sunburn.
  • Cucumber is more beneficial to keep away dark circle around the eyes. You want to fade those dark circles just put 2 slice of cucumber onto your eyes daily. It also helps to prevent eye-puffiness due to having the rich amount ascorbic acid. Put it's paste on your eyes for 20 minutes and wash away with cold water.
