   Banana is probably most eaten fruit worldwide. It is scientifically reported as the most energetic fruit ever seen. It kills the depression and make you feel good. In every morning taking a banana helps to keep away the morning sickness.

     Banana consists of fresh smooth flesh of the evergreen plant known Musa acuminata. There are also another species of banana tree known as Musa balbisiana. 
  • Banana normally contains high calorie. It help provide intense energy. When you are hungry and you don't need to have much food, just have a banana replacing with another food and boost up your energy level.
