In the world soya is only one of the vegetables that contains eight essential amino acid compounds. Soya seeds are also known as Soya protein. The polyunsaturated fat is likely to be present as linoleic acid and omega-3 fatty acids which are important nutrients that help to minimize the risk of several heart problems and cancer.
