THE AMAZING BENEFITS OF EGG

    Egg is more delicious and mouth watering healthy food and almost favourite to all people universally. 2-3 eggs in daily can help you to provide a number of health benefits. 
     Egg content divided in two parts i.e. white part and yellow part. You will be pleased to know that the egg white contains 50% of protein. The yellow content known as yolk is believed to have 90% of calcium, iron, zinc,phosphorus compound. Here the reasons are described below, for what you should take egg regularly.

  • There are a lot of essential vitamins such as vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin E found in egg. Riboflavin or vitamin B2 generally breaks down the food in stomach and turns it to energy which is important for healthy body. cobalamin (vitamin B12) helps the development, growth and maintenance of red blood corpuscles or cells. Retinol is vitamin A which help promote the good eye-power and eyesight. Tocopherol known as vitamin E is an excellent anti-oxidant which help to swipe away the free radical substances, leading to cell or tissue damage. Retinol and riboflavin are the elements that help in growth of children. So, the kids must eat one egg in daily.     
  • Eggs contain essential minerals which are most important for your body development. They help to boost up the energy level and also increase the immunity power of the body. Calcium and phosphorus are essential for development of bone health and the enamel of teeth. Some traces of iodine which is present in egg is enough to stimulate the secretion of the thyroid hormone. Some study has reported that the selenium which is well known antioxidant, shorten the risk of breast cancer is also present in egg.
