    Onion can make bring you tear but it is fully packed with nutrients that provide a lot of health benefits. Almost everyone avoid to take it as it has pungent flavour and odour which spread over the body and can be sustained for the whole day. This is simply horrible. But it is crazy to hear the sound about its unbelievable health benefits. But when onion is used in curry it makes a delicious taste to all.
     Onion, Allium cepa belongs to the Lily family. It is generally known as bulb onion.
