NATURAL SWEETENING AGENTS
Natural sugar is sugar substitute which is achieved from natural plants, fruits, leaves or any organic product. According to all nutritionists natural sweetening agents are having food value to health. One teaspoonful of natural sugar is a good substitute of artificial sugar. It is useful for those people who are conscious about weight gaining. It is a kind of sugar which is obtained from fruits, vegetables, nectar of flower. Most of them are present as glucose, sucrose, fructose found in various natural food. They are generally present plentifully in fruits. Normally plants produce sugar during photosynthesis. The leaves and roots collect carbon dioxide and water respectively. They are combined each other in the presence of sunlight with the help of chlorophyll, present in leaves to produce energy for growth of plants. This energy is appeared mostly as sucrose. They are not marketed as a name of 'natural sugar'.

Because the table sugar commonly found in table in everybody's house is prepared from sugarcane. The crystals is produced by processing including some steps from juice. That processing is containing less steps. That means it contains natural value.
Molasses- It is very thickened sugar substitute which is brownish to brownish-black in colour. It is obtained by processing the palm-fruit juice. It contains specific amount of minerals and vitamins. Molasses is generally produced by boiling juice for a specific period of time. It has the ability to put high calorie into body. So you should just replace it with sugar.
Honey- It is a popular natural sugar obtained from nectar of flower with the help of honey bee. It helps to burn out the extra calorie from your body. It also contains a full nutrients which helps to keep you healthy. Just take one teaspoonful honey with a glass of lukewarm water and lemon juice at empty stomach and see how it works in your body.
