     Coriander is well known spice in various Indian food for its fantastic taste. It is easily available in every Indian home. Actually coriander enhance the taste of curry. Sometimes it is used for bringing the attractive green colour in curry because of it's dark green leaves. Apart from this coriander is used as a component of herbal products. They provide some therapeutic property.

     Coriander is the fully ripe fruits and green leaves of the plant known as Coriandrum sativum belonging to the family of Umbelliferae.
