MILK-THE COMPLETE FOOD

Milk benefits
     Milk is white liquid, filled up with vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrate, fat and another essential nutrients in high content help to keep away many kind of disease and boost up the energy level and keep the body fit. So, that's why it is scientifically known as complete food.
  • Milk products provide minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium in sufficient quantity which help the growth and development of bone health. It is scientifically proved that those people who continue milk from their early age can stay away the disease like osteoporosis at about 80%.  
  • The milk products also help to maintain the enamel of the teeth because of its high calcium and potassium content. The protein present in milk is casein which acts as a thin coat for the enamel of teeth to protect the release of calcium and phosphorus content from the enamel during acidity.  
  •  The study reported that 2-3 glass of milk with fresh fruit help to control the blood pressure in case of every kind of aged people like children, middle age, adults etc. The mechanism is not clear. The researcher thinks that the minerals i.e. calcium, potassium, magnesium and casein protein are the possible reason for lowering the blood pressure. 
  •  The calcium content of milk is reported to reduce the low density lipoprotein which are known as bad cholesterol and increase the level of high density lipoprotein named as good cholesterol in blood serum. The habit of daily assumption of 1-2 glass of milk also help to minimize the possibility of several cardiovascular diseases due to its calcium content.
  • The calcium present in milk help to prevent the absorption of unnecessary fat in gut by combing with them. 
  • It is clinically proved that the dairy product also help to prevent the possibility of Type II diabetes. 
  • Milk also promotes the re-hydration. After exercise it is necessary to re-hydrate the body due to loss of the essential fluid through the sweat. The chocolate milk is a good remedy for consumption of the essential health beneficial nutrients in the body.  
   So, consume 3-4 glass of lukewarm milk in every day and turn it to a habit and stay healthy and fit.
