Green tea is a delightful healthy beverage which is some bitter in taste. But a sip of green tea is having the capability to start freshness. Long ago this beverage was used as a medicine in China. But now it is a popular beverage in worldwide. Because recent study has shown to take a cup of green tea is more beneficial than taking a glass of water. They are fresh dry tea leaves. It is prepared by exposing the freshly collected leaves to the air until most of the moisture is removed. Then they are roasted and stirred continuously until leaves become moist and flaccid. Then they are passed to the rolling table and rolled into balls and subjected to a pressure which removes the moisture. Then the leaves are shaken out on the copper pans and roasted again till the leaves assume the dull green colour. So, we can see that beverage is totally free from any other chemicals which is used to treat the general tea leaves. The green tea is rich in anti-oxidants and poly-phenols. those compounds makes green tea more beneficial for health.
Green tea helps to burn fat and increase fat metabolism. It helps to keep the glucose level under control in case of diabetes. It helps the cholesterol level to stay at a normal and prevent the chances of heart attack. It regulates the blood pressure and helps to keep it normal. It has truly anti-depressant property. It provides relaxing effect on your body due to having amino acid as a compound. The green tea has the capability of making glowing skin and keeps the wrinkles at bay. It is central nervous stimulant in the form of beverage and also as diuretic.
